Winner-takes-all in Sierra Leone has failed!
Our present system of winner-takes-all has failed and will continue to fail. Added to that is this vindictive “do me, are do you politics” . Both have ensured that Sierra Leone made no real progress in the last 60 odd years and will continue to flounder if we continue along this path.

Local power devolved to the local people with a very much smaller central government.
Seems that the majority of Sierra Leoneans oppose this and it is their right to do so but then what are we complaining about if we don’t want to risk change?

When people appoint corrupt or dictatorial leaders, they deserve the corruption and dictatorship that befalls them.
Perhaps there will be change in the future but unlikely in my lifetime.
