Jobs are the foundation of training and education in Sierra Leone

There’s a lot of talk about training and education in Sierra Leone.

We need to train our people.

We need to educate them.

However, what happens if you “educate” or “train” someone and there are no jobs!

Let’s invert this.

First, let’s work as hard as possible to create new businesses and new jobs.

Then, let’s employ more untrained people and train them.
